We are specialists in manufacturing bespoke, in-frame kitchen furniture, bedroom furniture, bathroom furniture and freestanding pieces of furniture for hotels, care homes, listed buildings, luxury offices and corporate companies. We worked closely with the owners of the lovely Lavender Fields Care Home in Sevenoaks, Kent, to create a luxury kitchen for the visitors of their residents. 

Designing a home office is a much simpler process than designing a kitchen as the overall project is usually much smaller, and with no appliances to account for! Our retail Partners simply adapt our standard kitchen cabinetry to suit the layout of the room and requests from their client; the most important thing is to ensure that aesthetics also account for ergonomics and functionality of the space. 

As well as designers and retail showroom partners, we work with single and multi-plot developers to create bespoke, in-frame furniture of the highest quality, for high-end new build properties across the UK.

With the demand for home offices higher than ever, our partners are expanding their offerings from kitchens and bathrooms, to bespoke furniture for any room in the home; safe in the knowledge that we are able to bring their bespoke designs to life.

Arbor Lane creates a classic, galley kitchen for our Retail Showroom Partner in Tonbridge, Kent.

The Arbor Lane Staff Bead Shaker cabinetry was specified for this traditional family kitchen design by our Display Partner in Essex. The owners of the Victorian property wanted a kitchen that was traditional and in keeping with their home, but with all the benefits of modern living.

We have always manufactured truly bespoke, in-frame kitchens and furniture for the home, using the finest materials available, and we are now very proud to announce that we have partnered with Blum; the world's leading manufacturer of furniture mechanisms.

Our display retail showroom Partner in Essex, a supplier of only in-frame, bespoke furniture, created a truly bespoke design for this beautiful Victorian property in Saffron Walden. Originally a bakery on a quaint street in the countryside, the property has wonky walls, high ceilings and so much charm.

This was a new partner's first bespoke project with Arbor Lane. Having previously sold German kitchens for many years; branching out into the bespoke market has opened up an entire new window of clientele for their showroom in Essex, and what an absolute showstopper of a project it is!

Arbor Lane truly bespoke bathroom furniture floods personality into the master suite at this luxury Central London boutique hotel. A tourist hot spot and the potential for a high footfall, the hotel owners wanted to transform their dated rooms into boutique luxury to stand out from competitors and offer their clients a truly unique stay. 

A truly bespoke home office solution isn't something that is readily or easily available on the market at the moment, and many of our retail showroom partners have taken advantage of this over the past 12 months. 

New build extensions on period properties can often be a challenge when sourcing a kitchen for the homeowner. Our retail showroom partner's client wanted an industrial style shaker kitchen that would be in keeping with the rest of her home in the Essex countryside, so our bespoke In-frame Shaker was the perfect choice.

Often an extension to the kitchen, utility rooms provide ample storage space for bulky appliances that aren't needed daily, as well as taking the strain off the kitchen, particularly when cooking or entertaining guests. 

As a room of it's own, our retail showroom partner was able to present a totally bespoke, in-frame wardrobe solution to their client, securing the project on the basis that the room could be designed and handmade to the exact specifications of the homeowners' clothing and accessories.

Working closely with our retail showroom partner, we were able to achieve this country style in-frame staff bead shaker kitchen, for a family home in the outskirts of London.

With an increase in demand for bespoke kitchens and furniture comes an increase in production, and despite our already substantial furniture workshop, we are very pleased to share that we have recently accumulated a neighbouring building, and our workshop footprint has doubled in size to accommodate the growth of our company.
