The Functional Bootility Room

As a side extension to the kitchen, we recently had the opportunity to manufacturer this functional Bootility room for our partners in Chelmsford, Essex.

Since the homeowners own two lands and create hay for local farmers, the Bootility room is the perfect place to kick off their shoes, preventing hay from being traced around the house!

As you first walk into the Bootility room from the kitchen, a row of coat hooks, top boxes and bench have been made to fit the exact width of the wall drop back to keep a nice clean hallway for the homeowners to walk down.

The top boxes are fitted with Blum Aventos hinges to allow easy access with a lift up door. The top boxes also allows the homeowners to store away clothes/out door accessories when not in use.

With a clever design of stacked appliances, this Bootility also had enough room to add in another coat rack with a lift-up banquette seat and a washing up station to keep the place nice and clean.
