The Two Toned Farm House

We recently had a fantastic opportunity to manufacture a kitchen and bootility room for our retail partner in Chelmsford, Essex. The breath taking farmhouse features many of our hidden gems, so make sure to read along to see how our partner cleverly incorporated them into their design. 

The Breakfast Station

Working closely with our retail partner, we created a functional kitchen triangle, with a bifold breakfast pantry and neighbouring integrated fridge freezers to make it easy for the homeowners to access their milk and juices when making their breakfast. This clever design means that the homeowners now only have to move one step to the right to access their kitchen necessities, whilst also being able to shut everything away behind our bespoke doors, leaving an aesthetically pleasing finish to their new kitchen. 

The Larder

By choosing to work with us, our retail partner was able to incorporate a pull-out shelf, Blum space step, and a spice rack into the pantry, all pre-installed before delivery day. 

The Blum space step is a magnificent feature for taller pantry's, allowing the client to access high shelves, whilst also adding an extra storage drawer underneath the step. 

The pull-out shelf is also perfect for giving the clients a workstation to prepare any food they are getting out of the pantry, with the shelf being able to pull in and out for easy access. 

The Island

Every night, the husband and wife would come together and eat in their dining room, but it was a long walk away from their kitchen. By working with our retail partner, we manufactured a functional kitchen island that doubled as a breakfast bar, which now serves as their dining area. To truly maximise the usage out of the island, a wine fridge and deep pan drawers were included into the design.

The Canopy/TV Hub 

As the homeowners wanted their new kitchen to become a multi-functional space, our partner designed a canopy that houses a TV, so the homeowners can watch the news whilst eating. We also worked closely with our partner to ensure their would still be enough room underneath the canopy to hide the extractor from eyes view.
