Meet The Team: Adam - Arbor Lane's Senior CAD Technician

We know our people are our biggest asset, and without them, we wouldn't be able to offer the services and support we do. Our customers like to put a friendly face to a name, so first up in our Meet The Team series is Adam; Arbor Lane's Senior CAD Technician...

Adam joined the Arbor Lane team in July 2020, and quickly grew into a very valued member of the team as a main point of contact for our Partners when putting together their CAD drawings and packs for production. 

Adam is based at the Arbor Lane workshop, and works closely with our Partners and our manufacturing team, producing all manufacturing drawings, taking client specifications and creating detailed drawing packs to be used by the Arbor Lane workshop. 

Adam also designs and produces 3D printed parts and components for our furniture. We print 3D round corners for skirting and cornice, as well as sliding mechanisms for fridges, and are always developing this area, which is really exciting! 

Before joining Arbor Lane, Adam studied Product Design at Southampton Solent University, followed by a Masters degree on their Creative Enterprise course, which has enabled him to apply design and creative skills in a business environment. 

In his spare time, Adam plays golf, darts and 6 a-side football, and is keeping himself incredibly busy with an entire home renovation project!
